| Searching is as Easy as   
1. Search for an Individual Donor, Private Foundation or Organization | 
| - Quick Search feature is fast and effective. Select Search Criteria from pull down menu and search by keyword. Narrow your search by selecting the Exact Match button.
- Advanced Search feature allows you to narrow your search. Simple targeted searching by multiple fields such as individual name, private foundation name, organization name, sector, region, province, city, gift range and gift year. Narrow your search further by selecting the Exact Match button.

2. View Search Results | 
| - Search results list individuals and/or private foundation name that have donated to a specific organization. Number of records matching that name appears by charity listing. View search results and select the records you wish to view.
- View gifts made to a particular organization or click the Select All feature to view complete listing.

3. Detailed Gift Report | 
| - Gift results appear in table format for easy reading.
- Click arrows to sort by any field of your choice.
- If Gift Detail icon appears, scroll over the icon to view the details of the gift. The icon does not appear for every gift.
- NEW! If
Business Contact Information icon appears,
scroll over the icon to view donors' business
title, mailing address, phone number, email,
and link to donor web profile, etc. The icon
does not appear for every gift.
- Click the Search button on the navigation bar to execute another search.
